The Green Point Vineyard is located approximately one hour from Melbourne, Victoria, in the Yarra Valley. The Yarra Valley has been renowned as a premium viticultural district since the late 19th century, when locally-produced still wines were awarded a number of European Grand Prix. Today, the Yarra Valley is home to over 90 vineyards and 35 wineries, and is famous for wines with a unique cool climate combination of finesse and intensity.
